Chateau Salon Suites was founded with a simple goal in mind: to provide high-quality beauty services to our clients in a welcoming and relaxing environment. Since our founding, we have built a loyal following of clients who trust us to help them look and feel their best.

We have 1-3 year leases available for tenants. Our Low lease rates help you keep your overhead down while keeping more profits for yourself. All utilities are included (electric, gas, water), all overhead expenses are included in your lease payment. Tenants have the option to add a phone line or cable. You may carry any products for re-sale and determine your mark-up. Each suite provides all the equipment you need to launch your business with minimum start-up cost.
