We have 1-3 year leases available for tenants. Our Low lease rates help you keep your overhead down while keeping more profits for yourself. All utilities are included (electric, gas, water), all overhead expenses are included in your lease payment. Tenants have the option to add a phone line or cable. You may carry any products for re-sale and determine your mark-up. Each suite provides all the equipment you need to launch your business with minimum start-up cost.
Credit Card machines are provided on premise to all suite professionals. Save money without having to lease your own credit card terminal. Increase sales by allowing your clients to pay for their services by credit-card. We have a a break room, on-site laundry , abundant parking, A mini-marquee directory listing and 24 hour surveillance.
